Should i apply on a website or walk in to an embassy?

I see this has been done both by different youtuber.

I will be going to Cambodia to re-enter Thailand, so it going to be a Thai Embassy in Phnom Penh.

Im also collecting my Documents.

✅ Proof of cash, I have a bank statement showing 300k AUD under my personal name. [not business name]

✅ Proof of employment - Im writing a letter to prove that I work for myself.
.
✅ Proof of Current location- Im actually unsure of this. it could be my hotel in Cambodia once booked.

✅ Passport and Photo. those are easy to get on that day.

Question
1- does anyone has any experience with the phnom penh embassy?
2- is my letter good enough?
3- should I go to Cambodia and apply thru embassy or do online , or will there any difference?

ORIGINAL POSTERHi Everyone! I want to apply DTV soon. May I know one things about applications? Applying through website or make an appointment? Which one is better ? If online , what places are convenient around SEA and what places are good for walk in appointments?
