Should i apply on a website or walk in to an embassy?

I see this has been done both by different youtuber.

I will be going to Cambodia to re-enter Thailand, so it going to be a Thai Embassy in Phnom Penh.

Im also collecting my Documents.

✅ Proof of cash, I have a bank statement showing 300k AUD under my personal name. [not business name]

✅ Proof of employment - Im writing a letter to prove that I work for myself.

.

✅ Proof of Current location- Im actually unsure of this. it could be my hotel in Cambodia once booked.

✅ Passport and Photo. those are easy to get on that day.

Question

1- does anyone has any experience with the phnom penh embassy?

2- is my letter good enough?

3- should I go to Cambodia and apply thru embassy or do online , or will there any difference?

The four days processing at the Thai Embassy in Phnom Penh (60 day tourist visa)... is this four business days? Eg if we apply on a Friday, do we need to allow the following Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday to get it complete?

Also, the required info, is it

- Proof of money in the bank (20 000 THB)

- Onward ticket from Thailand after visa expires (how does this work if you plan on getting the 30 day extension?)

- Travel insurance

- Proof of accomodation (is it safe to show a 12 month lease or better not to indicate something so longterm?)

- Extra passport photos

- Photocopies of passports

I will go to Siem Reap to get SE tourist visa. It will be my third Thai visa in a row, I have European passport. I've heard that Siem Reap consulate might be difficult to get a visa, is it true? What problem did you experience?

I will not use an agent and I will go further to other countries. Will fly back to Thailand from Vietnam or Malaysia.

Does anyone know if the Thai embassy in Phnom Penh is a next day pick up for a SETV? Cheers
