Is it better to apply for a DTV online or in person, and where should I go for appointments in Southeast Asia?

Hi Everyone! I want to apply DTV soon. May I know one things about applications? Applying through website or make an appointment? Which one is better ? If online , what places are convenient around SEA and what places are good for walk in appointments?

jakarta was good before as i heard but too many people go there for walk-ins.... malaysia is a tough place, if your documents are missing , they might reject you. laos is good but you need to make an appointment or cooperate with some agencies which might get you in for walk-in interviews.... i used laos and malaysia before for tourist visa and i was happy with their service.

I won’t go to laos because of bank statements. I put my money to get 700k from last week

Anonymous participant got it. if you dont have any other options you can try and agency for the visa. malaysia is pretty good actually, penang was easy, kuala lumpur was strict but they were helpful. good luck

I asked YGN embassy. Appointment can only get next month. I don’t know about Jakarta.
