If you are on "Over Stay" What is the best option to do? Fly out is an option and pay then-or can you go to your local immigration office and say sorry and pay them? And then exit the country without fear of being arrested? Maybe you could pay them the OS fine and apply for another exstention which would be refused giving another 7 days to leave the Kingdom? Thoughts please...

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are on an overstay in Thailand, your best options are to either exit the country and pay the overstay fine at the airport or visit your local immigration office to explain your situation and pay the fine there. Some expats consider applying for an extension at the immigration office, but this is often refused, likely granting you a short grace period to leave the country. It's important to handle the situation promptly to avoid penalties or possible detention.
