Urgent Information Needed Regarding DTV Visa – Vientiane Thai Embassy

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask you a question:

1. Could I leave and re-enter Laos while waiting the interview? 

I would like to go to Vietnam just for a day because I don't want to overstay in Laos.

Do you have any experience with that? I am not so sure that it is allowed or not.

Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately, Laos Immigration doesn't let me to extend my visa because I entered with 14 days.

Leave Laos for where?

You certainly can't leave Laos for Thailand as it will go against the DTV application rules.
