ORIGINAL POSTERI am Japanese, currently living in Thailand, and plan to apply for DTV in Fukuoka. After approval, I would like to go to China and enter Thailand from China. Can I use the flight into Thailand that I fill in on the application as departing from China instead of departing from Fukuoka? Also, if it takes a long time to get approval, can I go to China before it is approved?
