Can I leave Thailand while my DTV application is pending and enter Thailand from China instead of Fukuoka?

I am Japanese, currently living in Thailand, and plan to apply for DTV in Fukuoka. After approval, I would like to go to China and enter Thailand from China. Can I use the flight into Thailand that I fill in on the application as departing from China instead of departing from Fukuoka? Also, if it takes a long time to get approval, can I go to China before it is approved?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, a Japanese citizen living in Thailand, questions whether they can leave Thailand to go to China while their DTV visa application is pending. Commenters clarify that departing from a country different from where the application was filed is acceptable and that while one is not strictly prohibited from leaving during the application process, it could complicate matters if an interview is requested by the embassy.

There’s nothing barring you from leaving the country while your application is pending approval but it will be a hassle if you are called into the embassy for an interview

You're supposed to stay in the country you apply until approved incase they want an interview. Having said that many of us infact have left the country we applied in before it was issued successfully with no issue.

Flight dosnt really matter as long as a valid flight # is given.
