According to new rules, as a Croatian citizen, I’m supposed to apply for DTV through Budapest Embassy. Is my location at the moment important? Can I be in China at the moment but get a DTV through Budapest ?
Anybody has recent experience with Budapest Embassy? I have submitted my DTV application with all documents for workation. Application was on April 9th and didn't receive any information if anything missing or needed.
