When entering Thailand from uk is fully vaccinated 2 or 3 covid vaccinations

I will be travelling from the Uk to Phuket (I hope) in December. I am UK passport holder and have several Q's:

I have 2 x COVID Pfiser vaccinations in Turkey (not UK)- Does Thailand accept these?

Is it possible to obtain a retirement visa if you are the owner of a Uk Ltd Company? and are they issuing these currently ?

What is the medical certificate and how do I obtain this?

When applying for COE do I need to wait 14 days after second vaccination? I know I need to wait 14 days before I can actually travel, but do I also need to wait 14 days before I can apply as there is an upload section to prove vaccine certificate?

Is Thailand accepting our Covid19 vaccination receipt/ record card as proof of vaccination for the Phuket sandbox that opens on july1st?

I know this question has been asked a few weeks ago but information changes every day. I need to book a flight from Phuket to BKK for next week. I will have had 2 vaccinations by then. Is there anything I need to do to be fit to fly?
