Do I need to wait 14 days after my second vaccination to apply for the COE in Thailand?
When applying for COE do I need to wait 14 days after second vaccination? I know I need to wait 14 days before I can actually travel, but do I also need to wait 14 days before I can apply as there is an upload section to prove vaccine certificate?
