I did my 90 day online reporting yesterday (15 October), when it was due. For my work visa

Just got email saying it was rejected today. Can I do a short trip to a nearby country to reset the reporting period or is it too late and I need to present myself with all the documentation at the immigration office at Chamchuri ? (Our company is BOI).

Does anyone know about this exemption for TM30 reporting when work permit and visa extension were processed at Chamchuri immigration office?

“Special categories of work permit holders are also reported to be exempt from registration. These individuals are those whose work permits are handled by the “One-Stop Service Center” at Chamchuri Square, designed for Board of Investment privilege holders; Smart visa holders, and also some companies with large capitalisation.”
