I did my 90 day online reporting yesterday (15 October), when it was due. For my work visa
Just got email saying it was rejected today. Can I do a short trip to a nearby country to reset the reporting period or is it too late and I need to present myself with all the documentation at the immigration office at Chamchuri ? (Our company is BOI).

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual recently completed their 90-day online reporting for their work visa but received a rejection email the following day. They are unsure whether they can reset the reporting period by traveling to a nearby country or if they must go in person to the Chamchuri immigration office with required documentation. Comments indicate that since the due date was missed, online reporting is no longer an option, and physical reporting at the immigration office must be done within 7 days to avoid issues.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
You can now only do online 90 day reporting from 15 days to 7 days before the due date. If you miss that window you have to report in person hence your rejection.
If the due date was yesterday, it's a bit too late to your saying "reset". But you still have until 7 days after to report physically at Chamchuri without any issue. A 90-day report can be done without you attending in person.
