I did my 90 day online reporting yesterday (15 October), when it was due. For my work visa

Just got email saying it was rejected today. Can I do a short trip to a nearby country to reset the reporting period or is it too late and I need to present myself with all the documentation at the immigration office at Chamchuri ? (Our company is BOI).

Had the same problem visited local immigration office. Only took my passport sorted in 15 mins.

You can now only do online 90 day reporting from 15 days to 7 days before the due date. If you miss that window you have to report in person hence your rejection.

If the due date was yesterday, it's a bit too late to your saying "reset". But you still have until 7 days after to report physically at Chamchuri without any issue. A 90-day report can be done without you attending in person.
