Is there a such thing as a 5 years DTV medical visa for medical treatment in Thailand. I'm searching for a the best specific cancer specialists to work with my doctor's in the USA. So I will need to travel back and forth twice a year

Firstly, I apologise if my question is too far off topic...

I have been asked by my dear next door neighbour in Ireland (he knows I lived in Thailand for many years) if I could advise him of where and how he could consult an Oncologist when he travels to BKK next Jan. or Feb. (He has a good one here but is run off his feet).

He is 75 and has recently been diagnosed with "Advanced stage 4 Prostate Cancer".

I have a colleague that needs to fly from japan to Thailand for cancer treatment. I can get the visas but I can’t get the flight. Anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate it!
