Hi all. Has anyone recently been to the Thai Consulates in Penang or Vientiane? I usually like to make a trip out of my visa runs so wondering what the towns of Georgetown, Penang and Luang Probang, Laos are like post-covid. I love both these towns but being tourist hubs are they mostly dead/closed or coming back to life? Any recent experiences welcome. Thanks 🙂
