“Hi, I received an email today saying my DTV interview in Vientiane is scheduled for March 23. Is it normal to have to wait over ten days? Is there any way to contact the consulate to request an earlier interview? Thanks in advance for any advice! 🙏🏻

Soon I’ll have a DTV interview (remote worker) in Vientiane. I’m wondering if I need to print the pdf files that I uploaded during the application (financials, portfolio). The email says “Kindly bring all relevant original documents, including your passport.”

I’m just asking this because I’ve read “just show up” in the group multiple times but when I was paying for the visa fee I actually had to print out the invoice with the QR code on it (they stamped it after payment). People without the printed invoice were turned around.

I’ll bring my passport and laptop to show them whatever they want to see and I’ just wondering if I need to print anything else just in case.

Thank you.
