What should I do if I keep getting a "Payment failed or cancelled" message while trying to submit a payment in Hanoi?

ORIGINAL POSTER
"Payment failed or cancelled" - message appearing over and over. Everything else is submitted. I've tried multiple cards from multiple banks, same error message. Anyone else had this issue and what did they do to resolve? I am in Hanoi.
