Before I jump into the DTV process, I am coming out to check out places and move around for 60 days in the country, then I am gonna head to Australia to visit friends. Whilst in Australia I am gonna apply for the DTV from there, do you foresee any issues or things I need to think about while checking out places to live? Thanks!

Hi! For those on a DTV, are you renting an apartment on 6 month lease? Or do you rent for 1 year and do a border run?

Just looking for advice since the DTV is 180 days; also any advice on finding a place to live would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm just checking out some apartments for rent, short term, through market place and Airbnb, other than security there is there much of a benefit to using Airbnb? Checking out Pattaya and Bangkok

Has anyone got any advice on the process of booking a room through messenger/marketplace?

I'm booking last minute and Airbnb doesn't really have much choice for stays over 2 weeks!
