Hello everyone! Looking for some advice on the best Gated area community to live in. Mae Rim, Han Dong, Sansai, San Kamphaeung, Kad Farang. We are looking for areas close by city access. Thank you.

Don't lock in one place to quickly!

Take 2 years to rent in 4-6 locations around the city. You will learn the pros and cons of each. If you find a location perfect, if not, use another year. You need to find out what groups and people you like and places you enjoy to spend your time. Driving a car in certain locations causes grief and heartache, but is essential in others. Give me the 100k you save on buying a second house in a better location than the first as a thank you.
