Does anyone know a good lawyer who can help me navigate my DTV Visa application or can anyone recommend the best way possible to go about getting my Visa application approved?
I’m a Belgian citizen, and I recently applied for the DTV Visa online, but unfortunately, my application was rejected without an explanation. I provided all the requested documents, yet they still denied my application.
I run a digital marketing agency registered in the U.S., which I operate alone and remotely. I provided proof that both my personal and business bank accounts hold funds exceeding the required 500,000 Thai baht. However, I have no employees and currently don’t pay myself a salary, as I rely on other income sources for my monthly expenses. I suspect this may have contributed to the rejection, or it could be due to the requirement for company registration documents verified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which I did not have.
If anyone can help me understand what went wrong and how to proceed, I would greatly appreciate it. I’m currently in France and plan to travel back to Thailand around March 15th.
I am curious to know if your DTV visa is approved do you need to submit your passport to the embassy or is it an electronic visa so no need?
I ask this as I am working remotely in Papua New Guinea and would normally apply through Australia but I won’t be in Australia during this time and plan to be back with a stop over in Singapore and then on to Phuket on the 18/12/2024.
I’m an Australian expat that has lived in Thailand for the last 15 years but this is a new one for me and have always had a Non O Spouse visa multiple entries but that is no longer available.
