Good day friends

4 questions

When I come to Thailand on a OA or O based on retirement, should I report within 24 hours where I live? I ask as I might first stay with someone while I am looking for a place of my own. I also ask this as I will have to open a bank account and show proof where I live

If I have a multiple retirement visa....and I have found a place to stay ...opened my bank account and have everything in place,...can I go back home for 3 months to sell my property and return to Thailand? How will this work?

If I have a retirement visa can this be changed to a married EOS on the second year?

Will Thailand except monthly income when applying for a retirement visa within Thailand or only if you come into Thailand with a OA visa?

If you relocate to another place to stay do you just have to report it to immigration?

Sorry for all the questions

Regards Jannie.
