ORIGINAL POSTERhi , i would like to ask which kind of file can be submitted trought the visa website , i have to describe my job and attach an activity statement, is possible to send 2 files pdf together or they have to request more documents and i can add later, how people solve this problem?

ORIGINAL POSTERHello I made a request for a bank statement online on my kasikorn app, they sent me my statement by email, however to open the PDF I have to enter the password which is my complete date of birth in numbers. When I make the request do I have to send the PDF or are PNG screenshots accepted? I plan to apply in Hanoi. Thx
