Does anyone have experience in registering through the TM30 website? We are trying to navigate the TM30 report online. Got registered, docs uploaded. They’re requesting the address. No problem, but it keeps saying missing or incomplete information. I’ve checked it many times and everything is filled out correctly. Is there some trick to this that decades of completing bs government forms hasn’t taught me?!

Morning all. With regards to the TM30, I have issues with my landlord doing my TM30 and I saw someone comment that you could self report with a lease at Cheng Wattana. Firstly, has anyone done this and is any other paperwork required or just the lease agreement?

Can anyone familiar with immigration tm30 registration help me please?

I have access to system registration page for the property I live in and I have made a report that appears to have been approved. However, I can not find any way of obtaining a print out to keep in my passport. I have completed the page shown with the information requested and clicking search comes up with no data found.

Can anyone tell me why please?

If my friend doing the registration as a service, as a Foreigner with a valid WP. Can you make an Account and register some Houses or you have to make a single Account for each House?

TM30 Online Report/App question:

I have a new 3 year lease and would like to register the property. I google "TM30 Thailand Online" and various permutations. Most all of it is in Thai. This is a page I found in English. It mentions TM6 which I think is no longer used. And mentions a blank CD (I assume Compact Disk). To say I'm lost would be an understatement. I am not worried it will work out in the end but am I currently at a dead end with the online ability search. For edification I am already reported - so that's not the issue - the issue is I want to avail myself of the online capabitlity for the future. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I have question about TM30 and re-entry.

I have a Non-O (retirement) visa, and I will re-enter Thailand (Pattaya) after five months in Europe. I return to the same address under the same landlord and rental contract I had before my visit to Europe.

The TM30 regulations were updated 2 years ago and state that property owners need to register a foreigner only when they arrive at a property for the first time, as I did with all necessary documents from my landlord back in May. So should I do it again when I re-enter, or is it OK if I just report it normally after 90 days of my arrival?
