Morning all. With regards to the TM30, I have issues with my landlord doing my TM30 and I saw someone comment that you could self report with a lease at Cheng Wattana. Firstly, has anyone done this and is any other paperwork required or just the lease agreement?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking guidance on self-reporting their TM30 at Cheng Wattana due to issues with their landlord. Comments suggest that in addition to the lease agreement, additional documents are required, including a copy of the housebook or Chanote Title signed by the landlord, a copy of the landlord's ID (front and back), the rental contract, and a passport. It is also mentioned that after registering online with these documents, it can be easier to manage in the future.

Register the property on line with docs mentioned above then you will be able to do it whenever hassle free.

- Copy of the owners ID (front & back), also signed with blue ink

- your rental contract

- your passport

You might need to join this group but here's the comprehensive post on it. I used these instructions to file my own TM30 before.
