Ok. So I arrive at Pattaya tomorrow night. I have a lease or a condo, have photo copy of the landlord's passport and a photo copy of some page out of some book (I am not sure the name of the book but it has something to do with ownership). I will want to extend my visa. Nobody will be reporting/registering me to immigration (no hotel)

What do I need to do to register with immigration?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Upon arriving in Pattaya, you will need to ensure you comply with the TM30 reporting requirement, which is strictly enforced by local immigration. Even without a hotel registration, you must present your documents to the Pattaya Immigration Office. Make sure to visit within 24 hours of your arrival and bring your landlord's passport copy and relevant lease paperwork.

FYI ...Pattaya Immigration strictly enforces the TM30. See them 24 hours after arrival.
