I just got my Non B visa Single Entry. Is there anything I need to do next? Like register where I live? Currently living in someone's house.

Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
After obtaining a Non-B Single Entry visa while living in someone's house in Phuket, you must register your residence at the local immigration office within 24 hours. This involves filing a TM.30 form, which can be completed either with the property owner present or on your own with a Power of Attorney letter from the owner, allowing you to file the form without them. If filing alone, you need to consult the property owner for assistance in obtaining the necessary documents and understanding the process.

Sorry Tod, a letter of attorney is just a letter from the home owner stating that I live in their house? Right?

no you can't write it yourself, it's in thai (and sometimes english and thai), a thai knows where to get it IF they need one.

Talk to the thai person who owns your property, either they can go with you or they can call the immigration office and have someone tell them in thai what they have to give you.

This letter, I write it down myself? Or I can find it at the immigration office?

nope, :/ Those requirements I posted are IF you go to file the TM.30 on your own without the owner of the place you're staying.

The letter is a Power of Attorney form that your own fills out (and gets the 10 baht tax stamp on) that states you can file the TM.30 form without them being physically present.

Thanks a lot Tod and the Thai Visa Team for all your useful advices!!!

Yep, in Phuket you have 24 hours to go to the immigration office with the owner of the place you're staying and file a TM.30 form..

IF you are going to go do it on your own (without the owner going with you) these are the things you need to do it in Phuket.
