What is the best way to register at an address right now? My landlord says they can't register me until the 20th because everything is closed 🤔 that worries me... I dont want to go apply for my visa extension at the end of the month when everything opens and I'm not even registered.... (I dont even know if I'm eligible without being registered).

(I have a 6 Month METV... 2 Months in as of end of April)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about registering their address, which is necessary for their visa extension. Their landlord claims that registration cannot happen until the 20th due to closures. Comments provide guidance on how to register online, mention alternatives such as mail registration, and detail necessary documents for the TM30 registration process.

You're asking to do the TM30. Follow Robert's advice. The owner will have to add information about his bluebook (he'll know what that is), his ID number, and related information.

If he needs more information on how to set this up, he can follow the step-by-step instructions in the manual, found by clicking on the button that says "คู่มือแจ้งที่พัก User Manual v.4" on Robert's link.

I'm closing comments.

I did this on Friday in Phuket immigration. Yes, you need copy of your rental contract, copy of your passport, and paperwork from landlord: notification from house master, owner or the posessor of the residence and most likely a power of attorney form if the registration hasnt been done online.

Are you referring to TM30? Some immigration offices you can do this by mail.

I was told there are certain documents I need from my landlord and that they would have to do this? I will look into it? Thank you!
