TLDR : Answer Summary
The ability to register your address using your landlord's blue book and ID card without their presence depends on the specific immigration office you are dealing with. While some offices may allow it, others may require the landlord to be present. It's recommended to verify the requirements with your landlord or contact the immigration office directly. Additionally, if time is a concern, think about filing a TM30 yourself, but be aware that the office you plan to visit may have specific rules, especially if you're in Hua Hin.

Remember if you're in Hua Hin like your profile says that Bluport Mall location is closed now you go to the main one..
he doesnt seem to care. Ive tried to make him go for a week now, he went this wednesday but then decided to drive back before he did the registration as he thought there was to much people.
