I have question about TM30 and re-entry.
I have a Non-O (retirement) visa, and I will re-enter Thailand (Pattaya) after five months in Europe. I return to the same address under the same landlord and rental contract I had before my visit to Europe.
The TM30 regulations were updated 2 years ago and state that property owners need to register a foreigner only when they arrive at a property for the first time, as I did with all necessary documents from my landlord back in May. So should I do it again when I re-enter, or is it OK if I just report it normally after 90 days of my arrival?
Thank You.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 regulation stipulates that property owners need to register foreigners only upon their first arrival at the property. Since you are returning to the same address and landlord, it may not be necessary to submit another TM30 report. However, immigration policies can vary by location, so it's advisable to check with your local immigration office for specific requirements upon your return. To be cautious, you could choose to submit the TM30 registration again.
