[Not visa related] check the feedback when post is declined

Dear members,

Please check the "activity log" on Facebook if your post was declined. We give feedback in most cases when decline posts, unless it's a crazily ridiculous question or our human error. (We make mistakes. We moderators are human, not AI robots.)

Those feedbacks are supposed to be able to be seen from your activity log (unless FB has issues on that function). Usually, it will be shown when you click or tap that item on notification. Otherwise (or when you cannot find the notification), you need to check the "activity log" manually.

* PC browser: your profile icon on the top-right on Facebook -> settings & privacy -> activity log

* Android app: your profile icon on the bottom-right -> gear icon on the top-right (on the "menu" screen) -> activity log (scroll down)

* iOS app: your profile icon on the bottom-right -> gear icon on the top-right (on the "menu" screen) -> activity log (scroll down)

In a few cases, one of the moderators sends you a follow-up message if we think additional information might help even if the post is out of the scope of the group.

These are sent by Facebook Messenger. You may need to check "message request" on your messenger.

* PC browser: Messenger -> three dots menu (...) beside "chats" title on the left pane -> Message Requests

* Android Messenger app: three lines menu (≡) on the top-left -> Message Requests

* iOS Messenger app: three lines menu (≡) on the top-left -> Message Requests

Check the details about the operation on your own if you cannot figure out how to. Mr. Google or your real friends will be there for you.

We are here to give you advice on Thai visa-related matters. We are not helpdesks about how to operate Facebook. Sorry.

This site is useless..a few queries are answered too, most are not receiving a reply or declined. Every individual has issues with Thai immigration no matter how small or complex the problem may be it's still a valid question in the mind of the OP.

Not visa related but group related. Im getting notifications of posts but they're not coming in at the top of the posts. Im having to search through about 3 days of posts to find the new ones. Not sure if it's a group or FB glitch but just thought I'd let the Admins know. It's been happening for over a day now, anyone else having the same problem? Not a huge issue just a heads up!
