Anyone recently done visa in Vientiane? Is pick up fast or a long wait in line?

I have appointment to pick up my passport tomorrow between 13:30-16:00, but want to book a bus out for 15:00….

O-A retirement visa from London Thai embassy.

Good day folks. I have submitted my e-application to London embassy and application status is showing "Fee paid".

I will be travelling to the embassy on Monday 16th Sept to fulfill my appointment to submit my passport and paper copies of docs that I have previously downloaded to the website.

My question is how long can I expect to wait to pick up in person my passport with visa assuming all goes well and I am granted my O-A visa? Has anyone got very recent previous experience of this process?

I'm trying to figure out when to book my return flight from Udon Thani. I'm going to the Thai embassy in Vientiane early Tuesday morning. When should I expect to come back to retrieve my visa?
