Anyone recently done visa in Vientiane? Is pick up fast or a long wait in line?

I have appointment to pick up my passport tomorrow between 13:30-16:00, but want to book a bus out for 15:00….

I wasn't first in line. I wasn't

willing to bake in the sun either. I was maybe 50th in line. But DTV success!!! But the wait time was only 10 minutes.
