I submitted my application yesterday and got a request today for additional documents: tax returns. However, I haven't been tax resident in my country for over 5 years. What can I do?

Hello, I am interested in applying for the DTV visa through the Thai embassy in London, UK. I have an employment contract for 3 days a week that pays a regular fixed income monthly. I also own a registered Ltd company in the UK, a mobile apps company, which also generates a variable passive income each month.

I would be grateful if anyone could share what documents they had to provide either for a business they own or if they have an employment contract with a UK company, as I suspect each will vary. I am trying to assess whether I should apply using my company (which earns far less and has an inconsistent income each month) or my employment contract, which is fixed and significantly higher.
