Good afternoon, traveling to America for two weeks soon. As far as I’m aware, all I should need is proof of vaccination? I have the Thai Vaccine Passport... is this all I will need? No apps or regestrations?

Has anyone flown back to the uk with COVID vaccination certificate issued in thailand? Do I need the actual yellow vaccine passport or is the piece of paper I was given when I got my second shot ok?
