ORIGINAL POSTERDo condo owners in Bangkok usually fill out the TM30 form easily? Should I get a photocopy of the owner’s ID and a copy of the property ownership document? Do they usually provide these documents without any issues? Should I request these documents from the real estate agent I rented the place from?

ORIGINAL POSTERDtv awardee, have just found a condo and settled in but the owner, German currently living in Germany, doesn't know what a tm30 is. I am his first renter (yay). I sent him a link to the thai immigration page that explains it but I'm anxious he isn't going to follow up. If I don't have a tm30, what happens?
