TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion centers around the availability of remote Thai language classes and associated soft power activities. While some commenters suggest that online courses may not qualify for certain regulations (like visa requirements), others note participation in programs like 'Discover Thai Nature' which offers a combination of online classes and monthly seminars in Bangkok.

I’ve been told that you can’t get anything for an online course because you can do the online course back in your home country
