TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking information about recognized educational institutions in Thailand where they can learn Thai language and obtain an Education Visa. Several comments suggest checking local schools, with noted institutions such as Duke Language School and Rak Thai Language in Bangkok. One commenter emphasizes the idea of attending free lessons at multiple schools to gather comprehensive feedback from current students, especially since the user resides in Sansai, near Maejo University.

Most schools will give you a free lesson...so why not jump around to 5-10 schools for the free lessons then talk to the students about what they like/dislike to make a more informed decision....
I don't think there are 5 - 10 schools up in San Sai :/ I don't even know if there is ANY thai language school up there.

I am asking this because I live in Sansai, close to Maejo University, and would like to find a school this far away from the center of CM! :)

Not that I am aware of :/ I think you just have to look around where every you are in thailand to find the schools and see if they offer ED visa support.
If you're in Bangkok the two best schools going are
DLS (Duke Language School, 2nd floor Trendy Building Sukhumvit Soi 13)
RTL (Rak Thai Language, 10th floor Mahatun Plaza BTS Ploenchit)
Back when I was learning thai I reviewed 15 or so thai schools in Bangkok here. They are a few years old, but mostly still accurate
