Looking for tourist e-visa advice for US citizens.

After getting to the final document-dump page of the e-visa application, I had questions about several of them. The main questions concern how to do these for our minor children (11 and 13 years old).

#3: Declaration: Do I sign the declaration for them? They can't legally sign something like this in the US.

#5: Proof of accommodation/invitation letter: We are renting a house that is owned by an expat living in Thailand. She has never had to write an invitation letter before. What needs to go in that letter?

#6: Financial evidence: again, what to upload for my children's application? My financial documents, or a letter I wrote saying they are my children?

#7: Confirmation of residence if not applying in country of residence: I don't know why this is an obligatory upload. I'm a US citizen applying to the Chicago consulate, so this question doesn't apply to me but I have to upload something.

#8: Travel records: Do they want pictures of every stamp page in my passport, or just the ones with stamps in them?

#9: Document confirming residency for application to consulate: again, what to upload for kids?

Thanks for any help! I used the search function and didn't find answers for the e-visa system, so my apologies if these have been answered before!

We are currently applying online for the O-A visa and have some questions. We are Americans coming from the US.

1. We’re suppose to upload our passport pages showing all travel records within past 12 months. We have not traveled but it doesn’t feel like we can leave it blank. It only allows for adding a file, not words, so we can’t explain. Advice?

2. Is drivers license enough for proof of residency in current country?

3. For insurance verification, are our insurance cards enough?

Thank you.
