ORIGINAL POSTERHi I am coming back to Thailand next week. I need to receive a call from my hospital consultant during my stay. I have a EE pay as you go sim but the call charges are excessive £1.80 a minute!! They cannot call me by whatsapp or messenger I also have a Thai sim card but I do not think they can make an international call. Any suggestions greatly appreciated

ORIGINAL POSTERHello I am in processing of moving back to bkk . If anyone know the google voice is good option for free international call back to USA ? Or Skype ? I need to remain US phone base in order to contact US bank . I will also don’t want to cancel US phone service yet.

ORIGINAL POSTERRecommendations please. Mobile phone plans that include international calls or a plan that allows Hot Spot so I can make wifi calls.
Some friends & relations will download Skype or similar but there are some that won’t so I need to make calls back to Australia a few times a month.
