ORIGINAL POSTERHi I’m American and I want to apply for dtv visa I have 2 children how does that work far as ; will my children automatically receive dtv or do I have to apply for them separately? I’ve never done this before so please keep harsh comments to self !! I just want some guidance…. Thanks in advance

ORIGINAL POSTERCurrently in Thailand on 60 day tourist visa from UK. Over 50 and aiming for non O retirement visa. 800, 000 baht seasoning in the bank. Have been advised by immigration today that my children aged 13 & 14 cannot be added as dependants because they are not non O already. I thought they could be added as trailing dependants??
