Will all employers require a bachelor's degree to obtain a work visa?

Question about Business Visa/Work Permit:

I know for a work permit to be issued, I would need to employ 4 thai nationals and pay their social security. I also know it's possible and common to only pay their social security.

I'm curious how people go about finding thai's to go along with this? Would they need to be unemployed or are thai's able to receive social security twice (from me and their regular employment). Would this be something, for example, that I would post in a thai group in my local area or is this usually an agent/accountant thing?

Any experience or suggestions most appreciated.

My Wife (Thai) and I are looking to open a mom and pop restaurant that we run together here in Thailand. It wouldnt be big enough to be able to add additional workers. Can anyone guide me as I am new to this venture here. I know I can own the Restaurant, but I would like us to work together. What options do I have here? Its not very big, only about 6 or 7 tables. Currently I am on a 1 year Non Immigrant Family Based Visa. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you all in advance
