For the one-year extension based on married to Thai citizen - is there a minimum number of days left on stamp required?

I've read all the posts referring to 30/45 days or less to be able to apply. Do I need at least 20, 15, 10 days left? Or could I apply when there is 1-2 days left on my current entry stamp?

I'm currently on a non-o married to spouse visa, so this will be my first in country 1 year extension. Looks like my B400,000 will only complete the 2 months seasoning when I have around 5 days left on my current entry stamp.

Hi all!

Is it possible to do a Visa exempt extension within a week of arrival? I will be somewhere in the country nowhere near an Immigration office when the 30 day stamp runs out so I'd rather do it before I leave Bangkok.

Thanks!

I'm on a non imm ed visa on my initial 90 days (halfway through) and getting my paperwork ready for my first extension of stay. I can't find detailed information about the required documents on the bangkok immigration website. My university provided me with all the documents required from the university but there is no document from the ministry of education whatsoever. Can someone help me find a reliable and useful source of where to find a list of the required documents or help me check the list? Also when is a good time to go to immigration, I've read that between 45 and 30 days before expiration it should be done (90 days end on dec17). Thanks a lot

Hey guys, I need some advice. It’s my first time in Bangkok and I was wondering how do I go about getting a 30 days extension? I got the 30 days on arrival from the airport. I’m a US passport holder and been here for 1 week so far. Another question, can I go apply anytime or only the last week before my 30 day expired? I have a condo for 3 months and they have proof of my stay. Thanks.

1.Does anyone know how to get a residence certificate to extend non O spouse visa ( used my husband’s work permit to apply it) from single entry to one year?

The immigration office I went is In pathumthani but they told me since we live in victory monument area that I will need to go to Cheangwattana to get the residence certificate to prove my current address, then I can apply the extension.

What type of documents should I bring in to Cheangwattana to apply the address certificate? Some people said using the water/electricity bills, some said that I will need to use my rental contract and my landlord ID to apply for it.

How many days will it take and what is the working hour there?

2. I went to pathumthani in early December 2017 but they said it was too early to apply, told me to wait until mid-January.

How many days before my single entry visa expires that I can hand the extension application?

Thanks in advance.
