How much of a lead time should I be prepared for when applying for the 60 days Covid Extension.? Reason I ask is because I still have a little over a month left on my stamp and I am hoping that the Covid Extension might be extended again on Jan 25 so that I can delay my application until later to maximize my stay. Thank you for your reply 🙏🙏

TLDR : Answer Summary
The lead time to apply for the 60 days Covid Extension is uncertain, as announcements regarding extensions are typically made close to the deadline. It's advisable to apply before the expiration date of your current visa, which in this case is January 25. Furthermore, the extension may be available until that date.
nobody knows but with current situation i would think the covid extension will be extended. if u went on 23rd i think u will be ok. im going to get mine on monday,,,,,,,,,,,,,,just think, if they dont give it to me mine expiress on feb 3 so i would be screweed. but if you are in good standing in thailand i think they just want the money............
no. You can do it on the 25th, but not advised because you may need to get something you don’t have and go back, etc. Also many offices will be manic on that day.
