For the one-year extension based on married to Thai citizen - is there a minimum number of days left on stamp required?
I've read all the posts referring to 30/45 days or less to be able to apply. Do I need at least 20, 15, 10 days left? Or could I apply when there is 1-2 days left on my current entry stamp?
I'm currently on a non-o married to spouse visa, so this will be my first in country 1 year extension. Looks like my B400,000 will only complete the 2 months seasoning when I have around 5 days left on my current entry stamp.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The question asks about the minimum number of days left on an entry stamp required to apply for a one-year extension based on being married to a Thai citizen. The response clarifies that applications can be made until the last day of the current stamp but advises checking the latest requirements for the extension in case additional documents are needed.
