I think you are right about it! She pointed a little blue paper stapled on my husband’s passport, and told me I need to get something like that but the color could be white or others. Thank you so much for clear this up! 🙂

The pathumthani immigration office is where my husband got his visa extension, I applied the extensions the past 2 years there and they never asked a residence certificate from me. So it was odd for me to hear this new requirement, I asked the officer why is it different this year, it never happened before. And she told me : “you live today, not the past 2 year”. Seems like they have the new requirement on extension this year for people who don’t live in pathumthani area. So I was very confused about it. So If I really need to go to cheangwattana for the residence certificate, I want to know what documents I need to apply for this at least, can’t risk making a journey there and wasting my day at the office with a newborn.
