Thank you so much for responding to my previous post, and I understand and respect why you were unable to post it on the group. My follow up question is this: If my wife and children do the 30 visa exempt entry into Thailand by land (plus the 30 day renewal at our local immigration office) for those three times that we previously mentioned, would that be in conflict with me staying on my foundation visa? That way I can continue working for the foundation to finish our work well, and my wife will be at home doing homeschool with the children anyway. Thank you for your advice and help!!!!

My son is on a dependant visa with an extension based on my non-o. We are preparing for him to move to our home country but prefer he leaves maybe December 21 but his extension expires on Decmeber 4. Can he in any way extend it a bit longer without me renewing a full one year extension based on non-o?

I've lived here in Bangkok for almost 10 years. I'm currently working for 5 years with WP/Visa at my school and living in the same town house since 2014. This is my 3rd house actually. I have done 90 days religiously and reported about the same address every time and when I come home to visit my relatives outside Thailand. I don't have any trouble extending/renewing my visa since then. But, with the things going on about this famous TM30. I have got so many questions.

1. Why do I need to report my residence within 24 hours upon arrival when I live in the same house for 5 years and didn't do anything like this before?

2. Why do minors or newborns have to pay 800 baht, too? (when they don't have visa yet)

3. For example: Me and my three girls went home for vacation and came back here and my partner stayed in Thailand, why do we have to pay 4,000 Baht (800 x 5 people)? My partner has his own work permit and visa.

4. Does this apply to all family members living in the house with or without visa, regardless of age?

5. Will this affect my 90 days report (in June 2019)?

What should I do? Please help. TIA.
