Happy New Year ๐น๐ญ๐! Every winter I visit Thailand for about 55 days. For about ten years now, I enjoy the 30 day visa exemption and then get the 30 day extension at the Chiang Mai immigration office. Flying from Korea, I was asked for a visa for the first time today, since my return ticket is more than 45 days away. Has anyone had an issue with this? Do I need a ticket out of country within 45 days to be allowed in without a visa? Thanks as always for the information and advice. ๐
