Hi everyone! Looking for information about student exchange but hard to have a confirmation if yes or no we can go to Thailand.

I'm meant to study 8 months at Assumption University to finish my double degree. The university is willing to give us the acceptance letter, but the Thai embassy in France told us that student exchanges are not possible..

What are your thoughts and info on this topic? :) I'm from France, going to Thailand in mid-Jan, for a 8-month long stay (ED visa)

Hi, everyone, I want to cancel my ED visa. I have school’s certificate letter, what other documents do I need?

In addition, how long will the Immigration Bureau give me a temporary stay after the visa is cancelled?

Hello I got a letter from school so I can keep my education Visa when I re-enter the country. I went through immigration today, and the lady still stamped my Visa as used. Was she suppose to do that?

I’m currently negotiating an internship. I’m currently on a non immigrant ed visa at Thammasat Uni. Company is asking if my student visa allows work in Thailand, as they will also pay a salary as part of internship program. Just doing some quick online research tells me that my current visa should allow me to undertake internship in Thailand but the only “red herring” I see is about paid internships.

Does anyone have experience or advice in this area?

Does this mean that because I’m taking the second level of Thai language at Chiang Mai university that I’ll be able to get another one year visa because my visa for the first year was issued in October 2017, and it is now a different calendar year?

Can the same Non immigrant ED visa be used to enrol to another school after initial 90 days is over and get extension? Or each school has to issue it's own ED visa? Is it transferable?
