Hi there! I'm very happy to have found this page as Visa information can be hard to find on Internet!

I'm looking for information about ED Visa for a student from france with a Moroccan passport.

I'm doing my internship in a internship placement agency and I am in contact with this student that really wants to come to do his internship in Thailand (or Vietnam)

Than it is easy. If you're doing an Internship you know how to get and what documents where needed to get the Non Immigrant ED visa. Same is for your friend. but he need the visa before he makes his way into Thailand.

And I'm in contact with a student in france (university in bordeaux) that really wants to do an internship in Thailand, and he has a Moroccan Passport. I just want to make sure he can come to Thailand with no problem, just for an internship :)

Internships are usually part of a class or overseen by a university professor. Are you a university student already?

Sorry, but I can not help you. The information given is unclear. Best option you have is to sit down and talk to the school/company who like to offer you the internship and let them contact the Thai Immigration Office or a Thai Consulate to see what documents are required. As this page is for Thai Visa advice, we can not help you with any advice about Vietnam.
