Can I convert my Non IMM ED visa to Non ED Plus after arriving in Thailand?Answered

Hello, I am from Bangladesh. I will go to Thailand to pursue my PhD. I have got a Non IMM ED visa. But some other students have got Non ED Plus. Can I convert my visa category to Non ED Plus after arriving in Thailand.
