ORIGINAL POSTERBig fat "everything else" topic here. For basic supplements what is your go-to in Thailand? Shopper fine or will I get random filler without the actual supplements? The local gym has a few dusty things on a shelf behind the counter clearly aimed at tourists with more money than sense.

ORIGINAL POSTERAnyone have advice on supplements you can take into Thailand. Have heart disease and take no prescription drugs but vitamins and amino acids. Have retirement visa, Thai wife etc.....travelling from the UK....constructive knowledge and previous experience appreciated.
